  • We use Australia Post (AusPost) for all our shipping needs. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered via standard or express post services.

  • Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that shipping costs are subject to change and may vary depending on the size of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 - $22. Free shipping for orders that purchased 4 and above products

  • Express Shipping: $14 - $31. Free shipping for orders that purchased 8 and above products

  • Processing Time:

  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • Delivery Times:

  • Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 3–5 business days or domestic orders.

  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives in 1–2 business days for domestic orders.

  • Please note that these times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.

  • International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia.

  • Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package via the Australia Post website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search)

  • Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Shipping Issues:

  • If there are any issues with your order during shipping (such as delays, lost packages, or damage), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
